Richard Twiss (b. June 1954 Rosebud Lakota/Sioux Reservation in South Dakota) is a Native American educator and author. He is a member of the Rosebud Lakota/SiouxTribe from South Dakota. He is the Co-Founder and President of Wiconi (wee-choe'-nee / Lakota/Sioux - "life") International.
